The gardens of Park Hall never cease to amaze and this time it is the heavy laden fruit trees that delight us.
With an abundance of delicious fruit ready now to pick and eat the different variety of apple trees all provide a bounty of additional food with their windfalls attracting Redwings, Fieldfares and a small flock of Goldfinches into the gardens.
At this time of the year a real treat while strolling through the gardens is to pick a mouth-watering ripe apricot or plum from the trees although you have to be quick for the Blackbirds and Thrushes are in love with them too!
With so many fruits and berries to choose from the birds and wildlife that visit our gardens are sure to be well rewarded for their visit.
